1. Scope

These terms govern your access to and use of our website and the booking of mobile and in-bay auto detailing services within Canada. By using the site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or have parental consent.

  1. The site is provided on an as-available basis. We may update features or content without notice.
  2. Bookings are subject to technician availability, location access, weather, and vehicle condition.
  3. Certain services may not be available in remote areas or for specialty vehicles.

2. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are listed in CAD and may vary by vehicle size, condition, and location. Provincial and federal taxes (GST/HST, and where applicable PST/QST) are calculated at checkout based on your province of service. Discounts, promotions, or bundle rates cannot be stacked unless explicitly stated. Special keywords: placeholder-keywords.

  1. Quotes are estimates; final pricing may adjust after inspection and customer approval.
  2. Add-ons (pet hair removal, stain extraction, odor treatment) are billed separately if not included.
  3. Receipts are issued electronically following payment authorization.

3. Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment without fees. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking value to compensate allocated time and travel.

  1. Weather disruptions may require rescheduling. No fees apply in these cases.
  2. We may cancel or pause services if unsafe conditions are detected at the service location.

4. Liability

We exercise reasonable skill and care conforming to industry standards. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, underlying mechanical or electrical issues, or items left in vehicles. Protective measures are taken to minimize risk during cleaning and detailing.

  1. Before/after photos may be taken for quality control. Where used for marketing, we avoid personal identifiers.
  2. We recommend removing valuables before your appointment. We do not assume responsibility for valuables left behind.
  3. Any claim must be reported within 48 hours with supporting photos for review and resolution.
